Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for Quorum subscriptions. All amounts are in USD.
1. Subscriptions
Quorum is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) to an online-only digital service. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so there is no delivery, returns or restocking process — this policy covers digital subscriptions only. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel. There are no credit packs and no stored balance; monthly allowances reset each period and do not roll over.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal (linked in your receipt) or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and then does not renew. We do not pro-rate or refund the remainder of a period on cancellation.
3. Refunds
- Monthly plans: fees already paid for the current month are generally non-refundable; cancel to stop future charges.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment and have made only minimal use, contact us for a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion.
- Not satisfied with an output? Because outputs are editable drafts, our first step is always to help you regenerate or refine — reach out and we'll make it right.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full on request.
4. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. For digital services that begin immediately, some withdrawal rights may not apply once generation has started, as permitted by law.
